When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed the same day they are placed. Please note that it may take extra time during holidays.
How long is shipping?
Shipping can take 5-15 days within the US (after processing) and 2-6 weeks for international orders. Tracking information is available after 3-5 days of purchasing the product, and it should be sent straight to your email.
Some products may offer faster shipping which would be displayed on its individual product page.
Note: Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or P.O. boxes may take longer to arrive.
Where is my tracking number?
Please open your Shipping Confirmation email and click on "View your order". Your tracking number should be displayed. You can click on it and begin to track your order. You also have the option to opt in for shipping updates!
If you don't receive an email after 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.
What is Insured Prioritized Shipping?
We fulfill tons of orders per day. The Insured Prioritized Shipping option means that you'll be able to get your order processed and shipped out before other orders. (Faster shipping is not included)
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
