Refund Policy

Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, a request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiate your return through our designated Returns Center for our return address.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming your refund to original payment method, refund to store credit, or exchange.

Refunds to original payment methods will be processed and should appear in your account in approximately 5-10 business days. 

Please do not return your product back to the address from which it came from. Initiate your return through our designated Returns Center for our return address.

We can not refund or exchange your order if it's been shipped to the incorrect return address.

Exchanges

In order to be eligible for an exchange, a request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Initiate your return through our designated Returns Center for our return address.

Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled 12 hours after placing them. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
