How do I contact you in regards to my purchase or a product?

How long is shipping?

Please allow 1-4 weeks to receive your order. It may take slightly longer for deliveries not within the US.

Some products may offer faster shipping which would be displayed on its individual product page.

We hold inventory in several countries/states, so your order is shipped out from the warehouse that's closest to your shipping address.

 

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking information is available after 3-7 days of placing your order and it is located in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Please open your Shipping Confirmation email and click on "View your order". Your tracking number should be displayed. You can click on it and begin to track your order. You also have the option to opt in for shipping updates!

If you don't receive an email after 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.

I only received 1 tracking number and I placed multiple orders, what's going on?

This could be the case due to 2 possible scenarios.

We may include several orders into one package so they could all be under 1 tracking number.

The case could also be that one shipment received a shipping update before the other(s). Please allow a few days for an update as there may be a delay with the shipping carrier.

 

I placed multiple orders or ordered multiple products, but only received 1 order/product, what's going on?

Some products may be shipped from different warehouses. Some may also arrive sooner than others. You can track each order individually right from our tracking page. 

If you haven't received a tracking number for the product that has yet to arrive, please contact us.

 

What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?

We offer a money back guarantee! If you're dissatisfied with your item(s) for any reason, no worries, contact us and we'll change that.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in your country's currency, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
